Anders v. Waste Mgmt. of Wisconsin, Inc., 05-3862

Summary judgment for defendant company in a suit challenging plaintiff's dismissal from a waste management company is affirmed where: 1) plaintiff did not establish either that he was meeting his employer-s legitimate expectations or that he was treated differently from similarly situated employees; 2) plaintiff was not disabled or handicapped; 3) plaintiff's behavior was insufficient to put defendant on notice that the Family and Medical Leave Act might apply; and 4) plaintiff did not show any direct or indirect evidence of retaliation.
