Conviction and sentence for possession of a firearm by a felon and possession of a firearm with an obliterated serial number are affirmed over defendant's arguments that: 1) the weapon was discovered through an illegal search; 2) the evidence was insufficient to support a conviction; 3) the jury instructions improperly defined possession; 4) the judge erred in excluding testimony; 5) the judge should have consulted the actual records of defendant's convictions before sentencing him under the Armed Career Criminals Act; and 6) the sentence was unreasonable.
