An order directing a defendant in a RICO suit to pay attorney's fees listed in a document alleged to form part of a settlement agreement is vacated and remanded for clarification as to whether the document was actually party of the agreement such that the court would retain jurisdiction over the fee dispute after dismissal of the RICO suit.
