Cassimy v. Bd. of Educ. of the Rockford Pub. Sch., 05-2839

Summary judgment for defendant in a suit by a teacher against a school board alleging violation of the ADA is affirmed where the undisputed facts showed that plaintiff was not disabled as the ADA defines the term, and plaintiff offered no evidence that would support a finding of retaliation or pretextual justifications for his reassignment.
