Conviction for possession of a firearm by a felon is affirmed over defendant's arguments that: 1) an order to wear leg shackles at a jury trial violated due process and denied him a fair trial; 2) the government deprived him of his right to confrontation by refusing to call a witness; 3) jury instructions were erroneous; 4) the criminal statute is unconstitutional; and 5) application of the Armed Career Criminal Act was in error and his sentence was unreasonable.
