Eckstein v. McCaughtry, 05-2929

Denial of petition for writ of habeas corpus is affirmed where: 1) the actions of defendant's counsel did not prejudice him; 2) the Wisconsin Court of Appeals articulated the proper standard for prejudice claims; and 3) the district court did not abuse its discretion in refusing to expand the record.
