United States Seventh Circuit

U.S. v. Brazinskas, 05-4181

Sentence enhancement for use of a minor in a bank robbery is affirmed where: 1) the district court's factual findings were not clearly erroneous; 2) the district court correctly decided that it did not matter whether defendant actually knew that his assistant was a minor; and 3) the sentence was otherwise reasonable.
