Summary judgment for defendant in a suit alleging race and national-origin discrimination on the part of a university is affirmed where plaintiff did not establish a prima facie case since there was a lack of evidence that plaintiff was meeting the legitimate expectations of his employer and that similarly situated employees were treated more favorably than plaintiff.
