United States Seventh Circuit
U.S. v. Mendoza, 05-3323
Sentence for conspiracy to possess cocaine with intent to distribute is affirmed over defendant's arguments that: 1) he was entitled to a reduction in his sentence since he was only a minor participant in the conspiracy; and 2) he should have received a non-guidelines sentence based on the disparity between his sentence and that of his fellow co-conspirator.
