Chen v. Gonzales, 04-1126

Petition for review of denial of asylum, withholding of removal, and protection under the Convention Against Torture is denied where boyfriends and fiances of women subjected to involuntary abortions do not qualify as refugees, and applicants could not show past persecution or a well founded fear of future persecution.
