Koutnik v. Brown, 05-3193

Dismissal of overbreadth and due process challenges to a prison regulation is affirmed where any overbreadth was not substantial and the regulation informed the inmate population as to what symbols it prohibited, and summary judgment for defendants on remaining First Amendment claim is affirmed where the regulation met the standards outlined in Procunier v. Martinez, 416 U.S. 396 at 413.
