U.S. v. Birk, 05-1210

Conviction and sentence for possession of a firearm by a felon are affirmed where: 1) a government witness' testimony about defendant's criminal record constituted plain, but harmless, error; and 2) a two-level sentence enhancement did not constitute clear error. (Amended)
