Mabasa v. Gonzales, 04-4144

Petition for review under the REAL ID Act of BIA decision denying petitioner's application for asylum and other relief is denied over the petitioner's claim of a due process violation where the BIA committed harmless error, petitioner's untimely asylum application was not revived by changed circumstances and petitioner did not show a clear probability that his life or freedom would be threatened or that he would be subject to torture upon return to Zimbabwe.
