United States Seventh Circuit

U.S. v. Warren, 05-2791

Conviction and sentence for check fraud is affirmed over defendant's arguments that: 1) the government withheld information relating to his status as a confidential informant and belatedly disclosed other evidence; 2) he was prejudiced by his inability to impeach a government witness; and 3) his sentence and the jury instructions at his trial were erroneous.
