Treadwell v. Office of the Illinois Sec'y of State, 05-1524
Summary judgment for government office in a discrimination and retaliation suit is affirmed where: 1) plaintiff failed to present any evidence, direct or circumstantial, that his internal complaint led to his transfer; and 2) a similarly situated employee who did not file a complaint was subjected to the same adverse employment action.
