Laskowsi v. Spellings, 05-2749

Petition for rehearing in a case under the Establishment Clause concerning distribution of funds to Notre Dame University is denied. The University may bring a defense of reasonable reliance upon remand, and the court must decide whether appropriate conditions were imposed by the Secretary of Education and were properly observed or implemented by Notre Dame.
