United States Seventh Circuit

U.S. v. Garner, 05-2513

Sentence for possession of a firearm and ammunition by a felon is affirmed over defendant's arguments that: 1) the court improperly adjusted his Guidelines offense level upward for obstruction of justice based on findings that were both improper and inadequate; and 2) that a Guidelines sentence was unreasonable.
