Denial of asylum, withholding of removal and relief under the Convention Against Torture is affirmed where: 1) there were no changed circumstances that would cure an untimely asylum application; 2) petitioner could not show a clear probability that he would be subject to persecution upon return to Zimbabwe; and 3) petitioner did not present sufficient evidence to support his claim that he would be tortured.
