Int'l Airport Ctrs, LLC v. Citrin, 06-2073

Denial of preliminary injunction prohibiting defendant in a suit under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act from suing the plaintiff in state court for advancement of legal fees pursuant to the parties' employment contract is affirmed where: 1) the suit was not a collateral attack on a previous ruling; 2) the forum was proper; and 3) the suit did not trigger an exception to the rule against enjoining litigation in state courts.
