U.S. v. Rosby, 05-2270

Convictions and sentences for mail and wire fraud are affirmed where: 1) reliance is not an aspect of the materiality element in mail-fraud prosecutions; 2) the prosecution did not withhold exculpatory evidence; 3) there was no Booker error; and 4) award of restitution was appropriate under civil fraud principles.
