A ten month consecutive sentence for arson-related charges is remanded where the record was unclear whether the district court would have given the same sentence under an advisory guideline scheme. Another defendant's conviction for obstruction of justice is affirmed where: 1) evidence sufficiently established that defendant "corruptly intended" to impede the due administration of justice; and 2) defendant's proposed jury instruction was not an accurate statement of the law.
