United States Seventh Circuit

Convictions and sentences for conspiracy to distribute, and possession with intent to distribute, crack and cocaine are affirmed where: 1) defendants were not prejudiced by a charge of one large conspiracy rather than three small ones; 2) instructions to the jury did not constitute an abuse of discretion; and 3) imposition of statutory minimum sentence was not unreasonable.
