Sellars v. City of Gary, 05-3858

Summary judgment for defendants in a suit alleging breach of contract and violation of the Equal Protection Clause related to the denial of health care benefits is affirmed where: 1) the plaintiff could not show a class of similarly situated employees; and 2) the plain language of a prior settlement agreement did not include health insurance benefits.
