Guyton v. U.S., 06-1056
Denial of petition for writ of error coram nobis concerning the timeliness of defendant's original motion to vacate his sentence is affirmed where: 1) a claim of error in the decision of a collateral attack can only be raised on direct appeal; and 2) a petitioner cannot obtain coram nobis relief from the conviction and sentence giving rise to present custody.
