Summary judgment for defendant in a personal injury and product liability case involving a football goalpost is affirmed where: 1) engaging in tearing down a goalpost is inherently dangerous, and plaintiffs could not sue the manufacturer for the injuries sustained; and 2) plaintiffs did not show that the goalpost was defectively designed.
