United States Seventh Circuit

U.S. v. Wasz, 05-1463

Sentences for wire fraud are affirmed where: 1) it was reasonable for the district court to use the total retail value of stolen items later sold on eBay as an estimate of the actual loss for purposes of sentencing calculations; and 2) there was no clear error in ascribing an organizing or leadership role to the defendants.
