U.S. v. Hale, 05-1922
Conviction and sentence for solicitation of a violent crime and obstruction of justice is affirmed where: 1) there was sufficient evidence to support the jury's verdict; 2) the defendant was not prejudiced by a prosecutor's statement in closing arguments; 3) evidence was properly admitted; and 4) there were no sentencing errors.
