Sentence for sending threatening communications through the U.S. mail is affirmed over defendant's due process and reasonableness claims where: 1) the remedial holding in US v. Booker does not support a due process claim on ex post facto principles; and 2) the record shows that the court considered the factors in 18 U.S.C. 3553(a) in reaching the sentence.
