United States Seventh Circuit

Convictions for murder, racketeering and other gang-related charges are affirmed where there was a single criminal enterprise and evidence supported connection of murder conspiracy to the enterprise, but sentences are remanded for four defendants for Booker reconsideration and sentence for one defendant is vacated and remanded where sentencing error was not harmless.
