Borello v. Allison, 05-3515

Denial of summary judgment for defendants in a prisoner's suit alleging violation of Eighth Amendment rights is reversed and remanded for entry of summary judgment where the defendants were entitled to qualified immunity since plaintiff did not show that his constitutional rights were violated.
