Scaife v. Sheahan, 04-2966

Summary judgment for defendants in a suit against sheriff's department by employees is affirmed where: 1) similarly situated employees were not treated differently on account of race; 2) similarly situated employees who did not engage in protected activities were not treated differently; and 3) appellant could not directly prove discrimination.
