Decision denying injunctive relief to a landowner in a suit over a fiber optic cable box is affirmed, but the case remanded for determinations as to: 1) whether to certify the proceeding as a class action if the landowner has the interest she claims; and 2) whether the claim meets the amount in controversy requirement for jurisdiction.
