Sentence for violation of supervised release is vacated and remanded where: 1) the court may address the merits without further brief since defendant has no Sixth Amendment right to counsel; and 2) the court below could not impose two consecutive terms of imprisonment in the amount given to defendant upon revocation of a single term of supervised release.
