Naeem v. McKesson Drug Co., 04-3816

Denial of defendants' motion for a judgment as a matter of law or a new trial is affirmed where: 1) the plaintiff's claim for emotional distress was not preempted by state human rights act; 2) there was sufficient evidence to support the distress claim; 3) expert witness testimony did not warrant reversal; and 4) the jury awards were not excessive.
