Margos v. Gonzales, 05-2051

Petition for review of BIA denial of asylum and withholding of removal is denied where: 1) the BIA's decision that petitioner did not establish past persecution was supported by substantial evidence; 2) the present situation in Iraq did not create a possibility of future persecution; and 3) petitioner failed to exhaust adminstrative remedies on her other claims.
