U.S. v. White, 05-2040

Conviction and sentence for armed robbery and related possession of a firearm are affirmed where: 1) defendant was not entitled to an alibi instruction based on the evidence; 2) defendant's statutory and constitutional rights to a speedy trial were not violated; 3) defendant waived an evidentiary argument; and 4) there was no clear error in a two-level sentence enhancement.
