Johnson v. Illinois Dep't of Corr., 04-3620

Summary judgment for defendants in a prisoner's suit under 42 U.S.C. 1983 alleging violation of Eighth and Fourteenth Amendment rights is affirmed where the DOC Director did not personally participate in the alleged deprivations, and where the remaining defendants were not deliberately indifferent to plaintiff's condition.
