U.S. v. Andrews, 05-1974
Conviction and sentence for bank robbery and use of a firearm during a violent crime are affirmed where exigent circumstances rendered a warrantless search permissible, and where a jury reasonably inferred from the evidence that the defendant knew that firearms would be used in the robbery.
