Raymond v. Ameritech Corp., 05-1855

Summary judgment for defendant in an employment discrimination lawsuit involving age, race and sex is affirmed where the court was within its discretion not to excuse the late filing of plaintiff's opposition and plaintiff did not show that she was treated differently than a similarly situated employee outside her protected class.
