United States Seventh Circuit

Qureshi v. Gonzales, 05-2009

Petition for review of IJ decisions is denied where: 1) dismissal of I-130 petition rendered motion for continuance moot; 2) petitioner waived his challenge to the IJ's jurisdiction by conceding removability; and 3) the BIA's use of the streamlining procedure did not violate due process since the facts of the case presented no substantial issue of law.
