United States Seventh Circuit
Pede v. Gonzales, 05-1897
Removal order is affirmed where: 1) the IJ did not deny the petitioner her right to have a request for adjustment properly adjudicated since visa fraud would prevent the success of the request; and 2) there is no harm in failing to notify an alien of relief for which she is ineligible.
