United States Seventh Circuit
Hashish v. Gonzales, 05-2266
Petition for review of BIA denial of cancellation of removal and voluntary departure is dismissed where petitioner's two theft convictions qualified as crimes of moral turpitude, and where the BIA did not err in applying a more stringent standard to petitioner's request for voluntary departure or finding him ineligible because of the convictions.
