Appeal of conviction for possession of a firearm by a felon is affirmed over the defendant's argument that the seizure of his car and search of his person violated the Fourth Amendment where the bicycle officers' positioning around his car was a minimal stop requiring minimal suspicion, and where later circumstances gave officers reasonable suspicion to stop and frisk the defendant.
