Article II Gun Shop, Inc. v. Gonzales, 05-2800

Summary judgment for the government in a challenge to the ATF's decision to revoke plaintiff's federal license to sell firearms is affirmed where: 1) the district court properly considered inspection reports that were not sworn or certified copies; 2) the statute of limitations did not apply to documents admitted solely as evidence; and 3) plaintiff's violations were willful.
