United States Seventh Circuit

Sentence for three counts of bank robbery is affirmed where: 1) application of the Booker standard to a crime that occurred before 2005 does not violate the ex post facto clause; 2) Booker allows for sentencing enhancements based on judge-found facts; and 3) the sentencing judge gave adequate consideration to 18 U.S.C. 3553(a) factors.
