Cecaj v. Gonzales, 05-1882
Petition for review of denial of asylum and order of removal is granted and the case remanded to the BIA where the immigration judge placed the burden of showing a well-founded fear of persecution on the petitioner instead of the government after erroneously holding that the petitioner had not suffered past persecution.
