Conviction for possession of a firearm by a felon is affirmed where: 1) a sworn affidavit established probable cause in support of warrant to search defendant's apartment; 2) the executing officer's reliance on the warrant was in good faith; and 3) there was no reason to re-examine decisions upholding the constitutionality of the violated statute.
