Norfleet v. Gehrke, 05-1237

Denial of summary judgment in favor of two defendants in a prisoner suit alleging violation of the Eighth Amendment is reversed where there was no evidence that a prison doctor and prison employee acted with the "culpable state of mind" required for a finding of deliberate indifference to serious medical needs.
