Summary judgment for the defendants in a 42 U.S.C. 1983 suit relating to the Fourth and Fourteenth Amendments is affirmed where the plaintiffs failed to present genuine issues of material fact concerning: 1) consent to inspection of property; 2) claims of "illegitimate animus" towards their business; and 3) claims of different treatment.
