U.S. v. Lee, 05-1385

Conviction on multiple counts of counterfeiting securities is upheld where the government showed that two entities named in the counterfeited securities existed and affected interstate commerce and the jury instructions properly stated the government's duty to prove the offense, but reversed where the government did not prove that another entity existed.
